Please arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. Appointments that are canceled less than 48 hours prior or NO SHOW will result in 30% of the services you are reserved for. All services are non-refundable.
